Vehicle Surrender

Please download our scrap car surrender form and fill out all the details before our driver arrives. Please hand the form to him/her along with any vehicle owner log book (V5C) unless otherwise agreed.

It is possible for us to scrap your vehicle without the V5 logbook, however you will still need to complete and sign our scrap form.

The form is in Adobe PDF format. If you do not have it installed on your computer you can get it free here. Most new machines now have Adobe installed by default.

4. Hand it to our driver along with any relevant paperwork.

If you do not have a printer, please inform the driver that he will need to bring a vehicle surrender form on collection of your scrap vehicle.
